Whilst talking about previous tours in the summer of 2010, Paul and Aaron recalled their time, whilst serving in numerous operational theatres, as times of great reward and opportunities like no other. A lot has changed since then and this is when they pondered on the opportunity to see if there was anything else that could be done to help service leavers in these arduous times.
