Paul Doyle - Director

Paul Doyle joined the Grenadier Guards in 1997 and served as a regular soldier until 2006. In that time he has served on operations in northern Ireland, Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan. Pauls main role was that of physical training instructor and he has been responcible for the organising and training of hundreds of recruits at training establishments. Since leaving the Grenadier Guards, he has become a Director and Founder of a transport company with contracts to Global Companies such as UPS, with the main ethos of his company being to recruit ex-service personnel. Paul is also an active member of reserve forces and has recently returned from a tour in Afghanistan in 2010 with his old Regiment the Grenadier Guards.

Paul is a Director of Forces Direct and brings with him valuable experience of the transition process that service leavers undertake upon leaving the armed forces, and assisting service leavers into employment. Paul also posseses extensive knowledge/experience of the Logistics industry.

Vince Pagent

Vince served 27 years in the army in numerous roles rising through the ranks to eventually being commissioned. On leaving the Army he worked for large Defence companies before setting up a successful Defence Engineering consultancy. He has a wealth of experience in both the Military and commercial arena, with extensive business contacts.
