Aims

Our aim is to help companies find quality personnel to move their business forward Ex-service personnel who are looking for employment consistently provide companies with well-trained, technically advanced, self-disciplined and reliable employees.

Ex-forces personnel have attributes which are often missing from the market place - leadership and organisational skills, loyalty, self-discipline, reliability, a strong sense of duty, commitment to a career, the ability to use their own initiative to ensure successful completion of tasks and the ability to cope with change.

Service leavers have a wide range of expertise. They have professional and personal abilities that are greatly prized in the civilian workforce. They include senior executives; managerial, technical and supervisory staff; and skilled operators with trades, qualifications and expertise gained in the Armed Forces. Given the vast array of transferable skills they can offer employers, Service leavers are highly valuable and sought after employees.
